Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of McFiddles (mcfiddles.ai), a platform for running AI agents, operated by mcfiddles inc. ("McFiddles", "we"). By creating an account or using McFiddles, you agree to these terms. If you use McFiddles on behalf of an organization, you agree for that organization and confirm you are authorized to.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

1. Private preview

McFiddles is in private preview. Features may change, be limited, or be removed, and the service may be interrupted. Access is by invitation; do not share your access code.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of people you invite to your workspace.
• Workspace administrators control the workspace: its members, its agents, the services those agents connect to, and what the agents may do.
• Tell us promptly at gcp-developers@mcfiddles.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Agents act on your behalf

McFiddles agents take actions for you: they can read and send messages, work with documents, and use the accounts and tools your workspace connects.

• You decide what agents may do. You choose which accounts they connect, which tools they have, and which actions need your approval first. Actions an agent takes within the permissions and approvals you set are your actions.
• You are responsible for approvals. Review a request before you approve it. An approval tells the agent to proceed.
• AI output can be wrong. Agents use AI models that can make mistakes, misunderstand instructions, or produce inaccurate content. Check important work before you rely on it, and do not use McFiddles as the only safeguard for decisions with legal, medical, financial or safety consequences.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use McFiddles to:

• break the law, or infringe or misappropriate anyone's rights;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or impersonate anyone;
• harass, threaten or harm people, or create or spread malware;
• reach accounts, systems or data you are not authorized to reach;
• interfere with, overload, probe or bypass the security of McFiddles;
• violate the terms of a service you connect, or of the AI model providers McFiddles uses.

We may suspend an agent, a workspace or an account that we reasonably believe violates these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you and your agents put into McFiddles. You give us permission to host, process, transmit and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to the content and accounts you connect.

6. Third-party services

McFiddles connects to services we do not control, such as Google, Slack, Telegram, Stripe and the AI model providers your workspace uses. Your use of each is governed by your agreement with its provider. We are not responsible for those services, for their availability, or for changes they make that affect McFiddles.

7. Fees

Paid features are billed as described when you purchase them, through Stripe. You are responsible for applicable taxes. If your workspace uses its own API key with an AI model provider, that provider bills you directly for that usage.

8. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. Suspension and termination

• You can stop using McFiddles at any time. A workspace administrator can close the account in the account settings; the account's data is deleted after a 30-day grace period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we end the private preview. Where we can, we will give notice and a chance to export your content.

10. Disclaimers

McFiddles is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that agent output will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McFiddles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to McFiddles is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify McFiddles against claims arising from your content, your use of McFiddles in breach of these terms, or your violation of law or of anyone's rights.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page, and for a material change we will tell workspace administrators before it takes effect. Continuing to use McFiddles after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
